Requirements for the Grant:
- The applicant must receive an Old Persons’ Grant.
- Disability grant or War Veteran’s grant and needs another person to attend part of the day or full-time.
- By reason of his/her physical or mental condition.
- They must not be looked after in an institution that is subsidized by the State for looking after or housing such beneficiary.
